Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
- Platform: The NoMoreSourcing AI recruitment sourcing application at app.nomoresourcing.io
- Service: All features provided by the Platform including AI candidate scoring, LinkedIn integration, outreach generation, intake forms, and team management
- User: Any person or entity that creates an account and uses the Platform
- Organisation: The entity under which one or more Users operate on the Platform
- Content: All data, text, profiles, scores, messages, and other materials created through the Platform
- Candidate Data: Personal data of recruitment candidates fetched from LinkedIn or uploaded via CSV
- NoMoreSourcing, we, us: The operator of the Platform
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all use of the Platform. Any conflicting terms from the User are expressly excluded.
3. The Platform
3.1 Nature of Service
NoMoreSourcing is an AI-powered tool that assists recruitment professionals with candidate sourcing, scoring, and outreach. The Platform:
- Generates search strategies for LinkedIn
- Fetches candidate profiles via Lobstr.io integration or CSV upload
- Uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to score and rank candidates
- Generates personalised outreach messages
- Facilitates team collaboration on recruitment searches
3.2 Tool, Not a Decision Maker
The Platform is a professional tool to assist your recruitment process. It is NOT a replacement for human judgement. All AI-generated scores, assessments, summaries, and outreach messages are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for all recruitment decisions, candidate evaluations, and communications you send.
3.3 No Guarantees
NoMoreSourcing does not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content
- That candidates will respond to outreach messages
- That AI scores accurately reflect candidate suitability
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
- That LinkedIn data is current or accurate
- Any specific recruitment outcomes
4. Account & Organisation
4.1 Registration
Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Each User belongs to an Organisation. The first User becomes admin. Account credentials must be kept confidential.
4.2 Organisation Admin Responsibilities
Organisation admins are responsible for:
- Inviting and managing team members
- Ensuring all members comply with these Terms
- Payment of subscription fees
- Configuring API keys and integrations
4.3 Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized use immediately. NoMoreSourcing is not liable for damage from unauthorized access unless caused by our gross negligence.
5. Subscription & Payment
5.1 Plans
- Solo: €79/month — 1 user
- Team: €199/month — up to 5 users
- Company: €349/month — unlimited users
- Managed Lobstr add-on: +€25/user/month (optional)
5.2 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods or unused time.
5.3 Price Changes
We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions keep their price until the next renewal.
5.4 Non-Payment
If payment fails, we may suspend access. Outstanding amounts accrue statutory interest. We may engage collection agencies.
6. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Use the Platform only for lawful recruitment purposes
- Comply with LinkedIn's terms of service when using LinkedIn data
- Comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws regarding candidate data
- Not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Not use the Platform to discriminate against candidates on illegal grounds
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
- Not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Platform access
- Review all AI-generated content before sending to candidates
7. Candidate Data & Compliance
7.1 Your Responsibility
You are the data controller for all candidate data processed through the Platform. NoMoreSourcing acts as data processor on your behalf. You are solely responsible for:
- Having a valid legal basis to process candidate data
- Compliance with GDPR regarding candidate profiles
- The content of outreach messages you send (even if AI-generated)
- Compliance with LinkedIn's terms when using scraped data
- Responding to data subject access requests from candidates
7.2 Shared Results
When you share results via a link, candidate data becomes accessible to anyone with that link. You are responsible for sharing links only with authorized parties. NoMoreSourcing is not liable for misuse of shared links.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content (scores, summaries, outreach messages) is created by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). NoMoreSourcing does not control the AI's output and is not responsible for inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content in AI-generated materials. You must review all AI output before use.
8. Liability & Indemnification
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- NoMoreSourcing's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event, with a maximum of €500
- We are NOT liable for: indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, missed candidates, lost business opportunities, reputational damage, or damage from recruitment decisions
- We are NOT liable for: AI-generated content, LinkedIn data accuracy, third-party service failures (Stripe, Anthropic, Lobstr, Vercel, Supabase), unauthorized account access, data loss (except our gross negligence)
- We are NOT liable for: any recruitment decisions you make based on Platform output
8.2 Indemnification
You indemnify and hold harmless NoMoreSourcing, its directors, employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, costs (including legal fees), and liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your processing of candidate data
- Outreach messages you send (including AI-generated ones)
- Violation of LinkedIn's terms of service
- Claims from candidates regarding their personal data
- Your recruitment decisions
- Content you upload or create
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
8.3 Force Majeure
NoMoreSourcing is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including: natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, government actions, pandemics, or internet disruptions.
8.4 Mandatory Law
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law.
9. Intellectual Property
- The Platform, its code, design, AI prompts, and branding are owned by NoMoreSourcing
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose
- You retain ownership of your Content (client profiles, vacancy descriptions, notes)
- You grant NoMoreSourcing a license to process your Content for providing the Service
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create competing products based on the Platform
10. Termination
10.1 By You
Cancel via account settings or email. Access continues until end of billing period. No refunds.
10.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for: breach of Terms, non-payment, abuse, illegal activity, or other circumstances making continuation unreasonable. No refund upon termination for cause.
10.3 Surviving Provisions
Liability limitations, indemnification, IP rights, and confidentiality survive termination.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel before the changes take effect.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
Dutch law applies exclusively. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. All claims against NoMoreSourcing expire after 1 year from discovery.
13. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force
- Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right
- You may not transfer rights under these Terms without our written consent
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
- In case of conflict between language versions, the English version prevails
